For home owners, there are a variety of loan programs including: CASH, HELP/Heritage Home Loan Program, Repair a Home, Fix Up Fund, Senior Housing Assistance Program, and programs through Neighborhood Housing Services and the Cleveland Restoration Society. Other programs are available through Cuyahoga County. Interest rates vary from 2 1/2 - 6%, and there are terms and qualifications.

It's best to walk or drive the neighborhood, and experience the diversity of areas from Duck Island to Metro, Lincoln Park to the Ridge.
