I.
President Vinci opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
II.
Approval of Minutes: Directors Hundt and Leslie stated that they were
in attendance and the minutes should be amended to reflect that. This
being done, M. Leslie moved to approve, S. Nagy seconded. All voted in
favor.
III.
Committee Updates:
Economic
Development/Long Range Planning: A joint meeting of both committees was
convened at 4 p.m. today prior to the Directors' Meeting. Staff from City
Architecture answered questions re: overall project goals. The format
for the first community meeting on April 6th was defined. Facilitators
were suggested for the break-out groups. B. Rikker summarized the meeting
for directors who could not attend.
Finance
Committee: Treasurer Boylan stated that Finance Committee will meet on
Tuesday, April 11 to review the budget. Directors were reminded regarding
the Finance Reporting Workshop scheduled for April 8th. NPI is paying
for directors' attendance.
Boylan
discussed several items from the Finance Report. Funds from the Ward 14
councilman will become available. Directors need to review the fiscal
sponsorship agreements we have with various organizations.
Director
Swerdlow moved to accept the monthly financial report. Director McLaughlin
Murray seconded. All voted in favor.
Fund-Raising/Marketing:
Chair R. Vinci is holding an organizing meeting in April. Raffle ticket
costs will be $100.00; dinner costs will be $75.00. It will be a sit-down
dinner with beef tenderloin and salmon. Directors have been asked to purchase
items for the Liquor Basket Raffle.
Community
Organizing: Tremont Leadership Forum for block club leaders, others will
be held on March 20th. A Second District Safey Summit will be held on
March 30th. Tremont Arts and Culture Festival Visioning Meeting will be
held on March 27th.
Property
Management: S. Bloom updated Directors regarding current status. He answered
questions regarding eviction proceedings.

Professor: First tenant has signed rental agreement.
IV.
Old Business:
Innerbelt:
Director Gilson reported on meetings with local editorial boards. Resulting
coverage has been favorable. ODOT is still pursuing own plan. MidTown
Cleveland, Inc has hired a traffic consultant on behalf of the CDC Collaboration.
Website:
Director Pavarini asked question regarding posting of committee minutes.There
was a question whether committee minutes need formal approval from committee
members before publication. The issue was tabled for further discussion
at the April meeting.
There
being no further business-meeting adjourned at 6:59 upon motion from B.
Bergen. Lynn McLaughlin Murray seconded. All voted in favor.
