I. Approval of May Minutes: J. Boylan moved to accept; S. Nagy seconded. All voted in favor.

II. Financial Reports: Treasurer Boylan gave a brief summary of income and expenses. Final figures are not available for the Reverse Raffle. Boylan asked directors to consider implications of holding three events, Trek, Taste, and the Reverse Raffle that occur together in a relatively short span of time and target the same donor pool. Can we prepare a package of sponsorship activities?

Regarding the Reverse Raffle, Director Pavarini suggested that we begin soliciting prizes and sponsors in Novembers. If we time our "ask", we would get better results.

Vice President Catania asked that all directors come prepared with five ideas for fund-raising for presentation at the next meeting.

Karen Moss is working on wording of agreement for TWDC and organizations who have TWDC as fiscal agent.

L. McLaughlin Murray moved to accept the May financials; M. Hundt seconded. All voted in favor.

III. Long Range Planning: SWOT questionnaires are being collected and analyzed. S. Catania stated that this planning process offers all of us a chance to reflect on development issues in the neighborhood. We need to engage everyone. There was mention of the Civility Project effort to be started by Merrick House. Community leaders need to be involved.

Bergen Village - six units sold; Tremont Commons - two units for sale; Lori Properties-met with block club; Clover Townhomes - designs approved for five units

Commercial development - two storefronts under development; Pilgrim Church annex scheduled for design review. Trek sold out. Great publicity
